We are already losing the battle to other major world powers, especially China and England, which are fortunate, because we have strong diplomacy with these countries which hold most of our outstanding debt and GOLD, that the United States corporation of America, then President Roosevelt, gave China and England with the passing of the House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933 that put each and every one of us as debt instruments, numbers that pay the United States Corporate debt. HJR 192 was passed to suspend the gold standard and abrogate the gold clause in the national constitution and to allow a private foreign corporation, the Federal Reserve, to print worthless pieces of paper called notes that are printed by the Federal Reserve at 1.9 cent each to pass as actual money. Since then no one in America has been able to lawfully pay a debt, because we are the debtors and the foreign banks are the rulers of our society.

To me this means that the Mortgage Foreclosure Note and Mortgage Lien itself shall be discharged under the words “Every obligation… “, doesn’t it to YOU?
As a result of HJR 192, and from that day forward (June 5, 1933), no one in this nation has been able to lawfully pay a debt or lawfully own anything. The only thing one can do is tender in transfer of debts, with the debt being perpetual.

If you review the Modern Money Mechanics, a Federal Reserve Bank Publication, you will discover that all modern currency is your credit and worthless paper passing off as money! In other words, your debt signature. The Federal Reserve calls it Monetized Debt such as the Mortgage Foreclosure Notes.
