Confidentiality Agreement
This
Contract is made between __________________________________________, at
_________________________________________________________________and Day Global, LLC. , 111 Mohawk Trail, Suite 7, Crestview, Florida 32536
(“Service Provider”) and sets out their respective responsibilities for
the provision of Mortgage FREE Home, MFH, Services. This Notary Presentment Process is for educational purposes
that have worked in courts across the Nation to get home mortgages removed in 90 days due to lender
and servicer fraud. You cannot give, sell, or explain any of this MFH information,
material, or process to any other person or home owner for a period
of 30 years. If any of the above is given to another person either orally or written other than telling them
about the home owner getting their home mortgage satisfied with our help for referrals for
this program, you must pay the Service Provider $50,000.00 for each incident.
1. Where this
Contract references federal or state law that they are to be bound by
any amendment to such laws upon the effective
date of such amendments. In the event of any dispute arising out of the interpretation or execution of this Contract, such
dispute
shall be adjudicated in and be subject to
the laws of Florida.
2. The enforcement
of this Contract and all rights of action relating to such enforcement
shall be strictly reserved to you and
Service Provider. Nothing contained in
this Contract shall give or allow any claim or right of action
whatsoever by any other or third person. It is the express intent of
the parties to the Contract that any person receiving services or benefits hereunder shall
be
deemed an incidental beneficiary only; and you will hold servicer harmless of all acts
and deeds, and...
3. We
have agreed to all the terms above and sign our names freely and hold harmless the Service Provider.
